What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain long-term partnerships with mortgage brokers to drive business growth
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Educate brokers on loan package submission procedures and compliance requirements
- Coordinate and participate in after-hour events to enhance brand presence and strengthen relationships
- Provide feedback to management regarding service quality and develop tracking reports for decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in the field or related area
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and applications
- Ability to maintain good working relationships and exhibit exemplary interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cold calling sales with a positive and persistent approach
- Familiarity with online banking systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and adapt to workflow changes
