      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide daily end-user support, including the replacement and imaging of computers
      - Assist with user testing for desktop-related projects and document results
      - Install and troubleshoot printers, plotters, and copiers
      - Participate in knowledge transfer activities and team meetings
      - Review and recommend hardware/software evaluations as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least two (2) years of experience in relevant technical areas
      - Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and service desk software
      - Experience troubleshooting and configuring PCs, laptops, and printers
      - Familiarity with Active Directory and desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10)
      - Educational requirement: Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Active Directory services and Remote control tools
      - Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
      - Prior involvement in technical services research efforts
