      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Close high-ticket PR contracts with values ranging from $4K-$20K+ monthly
      - Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing conversations with qualified prospects
      - Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, founders, and marketing leaders
      - Manage deals through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract
      - Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to sales process optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
      - Proven track record of closing $100K+ deals (annual contract value)
      - 2+ years of experience in consultative/solution selling, preferably in marketing services, SaaS, or professional services
      - Demonstrated success in roles with $200K+ OTE and quota overachievement
      - Experience building relationships with C-suite executives and possessing executive presence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in agency or professional services sales
      - Knowledge of the PR, marketing, or communications industries
      - Experience working with Series A-C startups or enterprise sales
      - A track record of achieving 120%+ of sales quotas
      - Strong objection handling skills and advanced closing techniques
