      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code inpatient and/or interventional radiology cases for 90% of current FTE status
      - Review and interpret medical record documentation to identify diagnoses and procedures, assigning appropriate coding
      - Ensure accurate MS-DRG assignment based on ICD-10 coding and medical record documentation
      - Maintain quality and timely coding, charging, and abstraction of accounts for assigned specialty areas
      - Collaborate with physicians and other offices to obtain necessary information for accurate coding assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Certification in RHIT, RHIA, CCS, COC-A, COC, or CIC
      - Minimum of three (3) years of hospital inpatient coding or interventional radiology coding experience
      - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate of Health Information Technology (HIT) or equivalent program or Medical Coding Certification Program
      - Additional experience in hospital inpatient coding or interventional radiology coding
