      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists in driving host employer engagement and job sales
      - Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans for assigned territories
      - Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets for team members
      - Build long-term relationships with host accounts and ensure gold-standard service
      - Participate in high-level sales activities, including presentations and consultations with hosts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum 3-6 years of previous sales success, preferably in B2B and human capital solutions
      - Minimum 1-3 years of people management experience preferred
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficient in technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft Suite
