      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit bids, cost estimates, schedules, and reports to leadership and clients for consideration
      - Communicate with customer representatives, site foremen, and field personnel
      - Maintain project schedules and manage materials
      - Prepare cost estimates for construction and renovation projects
      - Conduct periodic inspections of job sites to ensure quality and progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or a related construction field preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel construction project management and large-scale building renovations
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to negotiate contracts and lead a diverse team
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

      - Flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
