      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary administrator for ADP HRIS modules, including HR, payroll, time & attendance, and benefits
      - Maintain system configuration, workflows, permissions/security roles, and data tables
      - Monitor and perform system audits to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance
      - Troubleshoot system issues and act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for HR/Payroll users
      - Evaluate current HR/Payroll processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep knowledge of ADP reporting tools, security roles, and system configuration
      - Strong understanding of HR business processes, including payroll, benefits, and recruiting
      - Ability to manage multi-functional projects involving HR, Payroll, and IT
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information
      - 1-3 years of previous contract administration experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HRIS administration and payroll operational knowledge
      - Familiarity with full-cycle payroll concepts, including earnings, deductions, and compliance
      - Proven ability to build better processes and solve complex technical problems
