      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement HR technology strategies that align with the organization's objectives
      - Oversee the implementation of new HRIS technologies and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
      - Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
      - Analyze HR data and metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations
      - Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS
      - Experience with HRIS software and tools, with a preference for Paylocity experience
      - Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role
      - Master's degree in HRIS or relevant certifications (HRIP, SHRM) preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with HRIS software and tools, specifically Paylocity
      - Advanced knowledge of HR processes and technology trends
      - Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting
      - Ability to develop business cases for HRIS implementations/enhancements
      - Experience conducting training sessions for staff
