      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support recruitment and hiring initiatives for court positions
      - Administer employee benefits and manage CalPERS pension programs
      - Oversee leave of absence programs including family and medical leave
      - Process payroll and manage HRIS data tracking
      - Generate analytical reports and manage workforce data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
      - Two years of technical or paraprofessional experience in a Human Resources environment, or
      - Completion of a Human Resources certification program (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) and three years of HR experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
      - Ability to transport oneself between different work locations as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems
      - Knowledge of CalPERS updates and reporting requirements
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with public sector HR policies and procedures
