What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide mid-level Human Resources support across HR programs and services
- Offer benefits counseling to employees and process HR actions, including FEGLI and FEHB administration
- Assist with new hire orientation and separation processing
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and maintain HR records and systems
- Support administration of telework and remote work programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Strong knowledge of federal HR policies and benefits programs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interpret and apply HR regulations
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field + 3 years of relevant HR experience; or Associate's Degree + 5 years of relevant HR experience; or 7 years of relevant HR experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is preferred
