What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process of platform solutions for healthcare clients
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations
- Identify risks early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly
- Champion process improvements and best practices that enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Healthcare, IT, or similar)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management roles within the software, healthcare, or consulting industries
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Familiarity with SaaS software solutions, EDI interfaces, and APIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with B2B SaaS implementations in the healthcare industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications
- Experience with healthcare insurance-related technology such as claims administration platforms and analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful when confronted with ambiguity
- Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex projects
