What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the financing platform in dental practices, from kickoff to go-live, adoption, and post-launch optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, define milestones, assign tasks, and ensure alignment on timelines and objectives
- Serve as the trusted liaison to dental practices, gathering business requirements, customizing onboarding and workflows, training practice staff, and troubleshooting issues
- Identify and execute process improvements, share best practices, and accelerate time-to-value for practices
- Monitor go-live performance, collect feedback, and deliver insights that inform product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4+ years of experience in an implementation, project management, or client onboarding role, preferably within healthcare, medical/dental financing, SaaS, or health tech
- Organized and process-oriented, adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under tight timelines
- Proficient in translating technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical audiences
- Passionate about solving real-world problems and delivering exceptional onboarding experiences
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and drive consensus
