What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately document all customer interactions using the tools provided
- Maintain knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
- Perform data capture and entry tasks as needed
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while interacting with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of call center experience, particularly with automatic dialers and call scripting
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice for customer interactions
- High-level people skills, active listening skills, and strong communication skills
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- High School diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy
