What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners regarding product information, registration, and service inquiries
- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, and providing minor concessions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Proactively provide feedback to improve training processes and materials
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with web-based systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively from home in a quiet and dedicated workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Knowledge of GE Appliances or similar products
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to change and work independently
