What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues, creating a quality service experience for consumers
- Follow up with customers through phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns
- Collaborate with internal departments to negotiate and implement effective solutions
- Manage data and document all customer interactions and resolutions
- Complete consumer satisfaction reviews before case closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of escalated customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
