What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve escalated customer service issues and create outstanding service experiences for GE Appliance consumers
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related concerns and close cases
- Negotiate and implement concessions in the best interest of customers while ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer issues
- Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1-year call center experience
- Minimum of 2-years escalated customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Moderate to advanced computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple online applications

- Previous experience working from home
