What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions
- Take inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
- Educate families on customized senior care options and match them with appropriate providers
- Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers
- Meet daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask while engaging with clients and taking notes
- Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Availability to work a 40-hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Experience in the senior care industry or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and customer service
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
