What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for families exploring senior care options
- Conduct in-depth consultation calls to understand families' needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Educate families on senior living communities and home care providers
- Act as a liaison between families and care providers after completing the training program
- Meet daily production benchmarks by scheduling tours and referring families to appropriate communities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong multitasking abilities, including the capacity to talk on the phone while taking notes
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Ability to adhere to a 40-hour work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

- Experience in the senior care industry or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
