      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
      - Strong personal network within tech, innovation, or digital agency ecosystems
      - Confident and consultative communicator who can quickly position the studio's value
      - Comfortable working independently, with transparent commission reporting and pipeline updates
      - Experience selling design/development services, SaaS, or enterprise digital solutions
