      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales through prospecting, lead generation, and expanding market share
      - Develop and maintain partnerships with school administrators, advisors, teachers, and students
      - Guide school leadership on products and services to support their goals
      - Manage your independent office and oversee all business expenses, including travel
      - Recruit, train, and lead office and sales support as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in consultative, educational, or B2C sales and/or sales management
      - Strong financial and operational understanding to run an independent business effectively
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - Exceptional communication skills for partnering with diverse stakeholders

      - Demonstrated success in sales performance and business growth
      - Knowledge of Jostens products and services
      - Experience in recruiting and managing a sales team
