      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of USD 100 million or higher
      - Develop a data-driven methodology to score and rank deals effectively
      - Conduct pre-IPO company tearsheets, fundamental research, and valuation insights
      - Provide post-IPO trading summaries and lock-up expiry previews
      - Offer tailored services to institutional clients, including pre-deal market intelligence and bespoke notes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients
      - Proven experience and established network within US equity capital markets
      - Strong ability to write comprehensive and insightful research reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with direct listings and IPO processes
      - Familiarity with creating Excel models for financial analysis
      - Existing relationships with institutional clients or stakeholders in the investment community
