      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a subject matter expert for laboratory information systems, providing analysis, training, testing, and documentation
      - Assist in the development and maintenance of laboratory information systems, including file maintenance and software updates
      - Verify data accuracy and completeness before reports are released into the production area
      - Troubleshoot instrument interfaces and peripheral devices for assigned laboratory areas
      - Participate in operational development to ensure seamless interfacing between laboratory information systems and other clinical systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university and successful completion of an ASCP/NAACLS-accredited Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science program
      - Minimum of 8 years of laboratory experience
      - Associate's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technician is required
      - Strong communication and computer literacy skills, with experience in laboratory equipment operation
      - Proficiency in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and laboratory supply management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Hematology, Coagulation, Flow Cytometry, and Epic Beaker certification
      - Familiarity with Stago and Sysmex instrumentation
      - Previous experience with Epic usage
