What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services while striving to meet weekly sales targets
- Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates
- Oversee initial cleanings to ensure smooth operations
- Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, addressing any issues with exceptional customer service
- Conduct digital marketing projects to enhance lead volume and online bookings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to emotionally connect with potential clients and convey the value of services effectively
- Expertise in managing long sales cycles while delivering exceptional client service
- Comfort in using web-based sales, scheduling, and client service applications
