What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners to offer marketing solutions
- Manage a balanced pipeline of opportunities and close deals throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor daily call volumes, messages, and touchpoints to ensure effective outreach
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals and quotas on a weekly and monthly basis
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze sales and financial metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience with cold-calling sales
- Commitment to making 100 dials and a minimum of 3 hours of talk time each day
- Strong organizational and process-driven skills to manage sales activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Experience in the care services industry or familiarity with related businesses
