What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make over 150 calls daily to prospective students, focusing on selling the Health Coach course
- Utilize discovery questions and rapport-building techniques to engage students
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including Monthly Revenue, Average Order Value, and Conversion Rate goals
- Provide exceptional service and support to students throughout the enrollment process
- Use CRM tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of phone-based, high-volume, inside sales experience
- Proven track record in phone-based sales with strong communication skills
- Personal passion for fitness and a desire to help others
- Ability to build rapport and inspire potential students to take action
- Comfortable learning and applying AI tools as part of daily work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a sales environment related to health and fitness
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Enthusiastic and results-oriented attitude with a competitive nature
- Ability to empathize and connect with a diverse customer base
- Prior experience in coaching or mentoring roles
