What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with qualified leads and generate new opportunities through outbound calling
- Close sales in solar, battery storage, roofing, HVAC, and home efficiency services
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with potential clients
- Utilize CRM systems to manage inbound leads and track customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of inside solar sales experience
- Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or phone-based closing
- Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities
- Must be able to work at the office in Santa Fe Springs on a daily basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multiple sales verticals such as Solar, Battery, Roofing, and HVAC
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using various CRM systems
- Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up
- Previous experience in a high-earning sales environment
