What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review new business conflict checks and intake requests to ensure compliance with firm and ethical requirements
- Research parties associated with conflict checks and intake requests using internal and external resources
- Assist and respond to inquiries from internal departments and external legal personnel regarding conflict checks and intake processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of conflict checks and intake requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience processing conflict checks and intake requests via Intapp Open
- Familiarity with database research and corporate resources such as Hoovers/Dunn & Bradstreet and Bureau van Dijk, Capital IQ
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with conflicts database management
- Familiarity with 3E and iManage software
- Strong customer service approach and ability to handle time-sensitive requests
