      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and assist patients and caregivers with the application and enrollment process to ensure timely onboarding
      - Provide necessary documentation to Nevada Medicaid and other insurance providers for service authorization
      - Collaborate with medical providers to ensure compliance with documentation for potential patients and caregivers
      - Deliver high-level customer service through one-call resolution to uphold the company's values
      - Manage a high caseload and consistently meet monthly performance metrics for starting patients on care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to commute to the Las Vegas, NV office 3 times a week
      - Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues over the phone
      - Computer proficiency and strong typing skills to effectively utilize multiple systems
      - High attention to detail, metrics-driven, and excellent time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position
      - Experience with Salesforce
      - 2+ years of customer service experience
      - Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
