What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls
- Review and manage emails and chats for new leads and necessary documentation
- Organize and maintain client files and contracts in a cloud-based system
- Conduct thorough intake processes for new clients, qualifying cases, and escalating as needed
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fully bilingual in English
- Background in sales
- Experience in personal injury law is a plus
- Access to a PC or laptop with a reliable internet connection
- Ability to work in a quiet environment with a noise-canceling headset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role within a legal or customer service setting
- Familiarity with case management software, such as Filevine
