What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Triage, scope, and respond to CrowdStrike Intelligence customer RFIs
- Identify relevant context such as priority intelligence requirements (PIR) or organizational threat profiles to fully interpret customer RFIs
- Proactively collect and synthesize large amounts of information to identify relevant and actionable intelligence and statistics summaries
- Collaborate and coordinate with numerous intelligence teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for RFI responses
- Identify areas and gaps for process improvements and trend analysis in the Analytical Support Team (AST)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years applied experience in intelligence tradecraft and analysis
- Strong knowledge of the intelligence writing process and structure
- Ability to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of research, collection skills, and analytic intelligence tradecraft methodology
- Experience in assessing, interpreting, and vetting multiple data sources for relevance, reliability, and credibility
- Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence and understanding of technical terminology/tooling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of contemporary scripting languages for task automation
- Experience using Jira, Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Salesforce
