What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Clinical Development teams in preparing and reviewing study-related documents, including clinical study data and reports
- Support Clinical Operations by tracking study activities and organizing trial master file documentation
- Collaborate with Translational Scientists on data summaries and literature reviews
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings, taking notes and documenting follow-up actions
- Contribute to competitive intelligence research and landscape assessments for strategic clinical planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Pharmacy, or a related field, with at least two years of undergraduate coursework completed
- Strong interest in clinical research, drug development, and the biopharmaceutical industry
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least three years of undergraduate coursework completed
- Knowledge of HIPAA and ICH GCP regulations regarding clinical research
