What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retrieve, process, and analyze program data
- Clean, organize, and validate datasets related to programs, donors, or operations
- Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Tableau
- Assist with exploratory analysis to identify trends in participation, fundraising, or outcomes
- Help present findings to cross-functional teams in clear, visual formats for non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Senior-level undergraduate students or graduate students in data science, computer science, statistics, math, economics, or related fields
- Demonstrated skill in building dashboards in Tableau
- Excellent proficiency in Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, M-F between 8:30 am-5 pm Central
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to SQL or Python/R
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for creating intuitive data visualizations
- In-depth knowledge of data analysis or statistical analysis methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple priorities
