      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review all international reservations to ensure the lowest air fare is confirmed for clients
      - Utilize creative techniques to reduce air fares, including split ticketing and analyzing codeshare pricing variations
      - Provide clear, concise, and timely responses to internal clients regarding cost-saving and commission-earning advice
      - Assist agents with reissue and refund procedures, as well as debit memo analysis and resolution
      - Maintain a good awareness of airline developments and liaise with the UK IRD for ticketing assistance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 5 years of corporate reservations experience
      - Proficiency in Sabre and Amadeus systems
      - Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities
      - Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality are required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Travel School certification or A.S. Degree in Travel/Tourism
      - GDS Certification is a plus
      - Strong understanding of NDC (pricing and fulfillment)
