What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide counsel, guidance, and direction to clients and financial representatives on securities transactions
- Analyze, input, and review investment transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding investment accounts and products
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and deliver top-tier client service
- Educate clients on digital/self-service capabilities to enhance their experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 Licenses
- Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of related customer service experience with proven skills
- Expert knowledge of investment products and markets
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated computer proficiency with current software packages
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy
