What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions, including documentation of business unit needs
- Drive discussions for joint business/IT requirements and facilitate stakeholder review meetings
- Provide high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with product owners to create product backlog and user stories using Agile practices
- Offer Tier 2 application support and manage internal tickets to ensure timely resolution of issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two-year degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or Business Administration, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Four or more years of experience in financial services, including technical business analysis and process improvement
- Knowledge of financial industry concepts, practices, and guidelines
- Excellent oral communication, presentation, and technical writing skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to document complex technical business processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure ecosystem (DevOps)
- Agile certifications
- Proven ability to execute projects and direct team members effectively
- Experience with medium to large enterprise software systems
