      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide excellent customer service via phone and remote technical support
      - Walk clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve technical issues
      - Communicate with vendors to request service, update, and resolve open tickets
      - Adhere to established methods for responding to and documenting support requests
      - Set up, troubleshoot, and configure PCs, printers, peripherals, and network equipment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proven time management skills and reliability
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively
      - 1-2 years of tech support experience
      - 1-2 years of customer service experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
      - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a technical support environment
      - Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
      - Previous experience in a customer-focused role in a technology setting
