What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage laptop and device inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and related IT assets
- Ensure compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and U.S. Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements
- Maintain cybersecurity and data security protocols to protect sensitive information
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Oversee the helpdesk ticketing system and assist with IT projects as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in Microsoft Administration, networking concepts, and PC repair
- Knowledge of current security mandates and federal compliance requirements
- Strong customer support skills and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work off-hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification
- Experience with U.S. Department of Defense cybersecurity requirements
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)
- Cloud and cybersecurity certifications
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
