      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide regulatory subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant on assigned work
      - Manage large multi-disciplinary regulatory projects
      - Analyze workflows and understand policies, procedures, and constraints related to regulatory requirements
      - Conduct in-depth investigations and documentation of operational and report specifications
      - Mentor new and less experienced application analysts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - At least one Epic clinical application certification is required
      - Minimum of 3 years as a clinical/business analyst or project manager in a healthcare setting
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in both inpatient and ambulatory Epic applications
      - Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
      - Experience in the strategic use of technology for managing and growing a business
      - Knowledge of clinical quality measures and healthcare regulations impacting reimbursement data standards
