What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical and administrative contract support for real estate acquisitions for the FAA
- Collaborate with the Real Estate Contracting Officer to develop negotiation strategies and plans
- Conduct market surveys and analyze data to determine accurate market value ranges
- Provide market analysis and trends to Real Estate Contracting Officers (RECOs)
- Utilize various software systems to manage lease agreements and track work assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of general real estate experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word
- Ability to research and analyze data effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commercial or federal real estate management
- Familiarity with commercial or federal lease administration
- Technical writing skills
- Project management skills
- Strong research abilities
