What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the implementation and analysis of quantitative research projects
- Develop questionnaires, polls, and other research instruments
- Program and deploy surveys and polls using Qualtrics
- Create cross-tabs and verbatim files for data analysis
- Assist in writing and editing reports and presentations for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in market research or a related function
- Recent experience in programming and deploying surveys using Qualtrics or Medallia
- Expert knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with PowerPoint functionalities, including reporting and multimedia integration
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn additional software used (e.g., Cvent for uploading conference lists)
- Ability to effectively multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
