      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and write research briefs for the Executive Director
      - Identify working groups in multiple states advocating for regulated and safe access to cannabis
      - Support two primary projects: promoting regulated free markets and enhancing public safety
      - Collaborate with partner organizations and Stand Together Fellowships staff
      - Participate in virtual professional development training every Thursday

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
      - Basic research and policy knowledge
      - Geographically located within the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.
      - Availability for virtual training every Thursday from 1-4:00 PM ET
      - Commitment to attending the in-person summit at Stand Together's Headquarters in Arlington, VA on June 3-4

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in research or policy analysis, particularly related to cannabis regulation
      - Familiarity with non-profit organizations and their operations
      - Strong writing skills for producing research briefs
      - Understanding of the principles of a free society and regulated markets
      - Previous involvement in advocacy or community engagement efforts
