What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end risk assessments for Digital Assets and Payments infrastructure
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Digital Assets and Payments programs
- Embed compliance into product development by identifying regulatory requirements early
- Develop data-driven and AI-enabled compliance processes to enhance efficiency
- Monitor market and regulatory developments to inform compliance strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, and/or risk management
- Comprehensive knowledge of virtual assets, blockchain technology, and decentralized finance
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or related functions within a fintech or crypto company
- At least 1 year of product compliance experience
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep passion for emerging web3 technologies and their regulatory implications
- Previous experience in developing compliance frameworks for financial products
- Strong analytical skills to assess compliance risks and opportunities
