What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for assigned global Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, maintaining visibility into program health, performance, efficiency, and risk
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to diagnose performance drivers and recommend mid-flight optimizations
- Translate campaign and channel performance into clear insights for various audiences, including senior leaders
- Recommend improvements to how GTM performance is measured and propose new metrics
- Design and deliver decision-ready dashboards that enable self-service for GTM leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in a data insights or analytics function, emphasizing marketing data and program performance insights
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of relevant career experience and expertise
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS GTM teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in modern analytics tooling and SQL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to influence budget allocation and strategic pivots through performance narratives
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, including pipeline attribution and ROI modeling
- Experience operating within a large, matrixed organization supporting global marketing programs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to enhance data literacy across teams
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted analysis for insight generation
