What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of dynamic dashboards for workforce planning, attrition, performance, and more to enable self-service for stakeholders
- Deliver data literacy training and run discovery sessions to translate business questions into actionable reports
- Build capabilities for predictive analyses to help leaders identify future needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to address operational gaps and data quality issues
- Uphold data privacy and governance best practices while managing stakeholder expectations and communicating complex concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience building interactive dashboards in a data visualization platform
- At least 1 year of experience in a people analytics function or closely collaborating with a people team
- Expert proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases and data warehouses
- Strong analytical skills with experience in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using IBM Cognos BI for report development and/or dashboard creation
- Familiarity with UKG, Greenhouse, and Culture Amp
- Experience building data models with dbt is a plus
- Python experience is advantageous
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong attention to detail
