      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage procurement activities for medium to high criticality sourcing events
      - Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including issuing RFP packages and conducting bidder conferences
      - Evaluate proposals and negotiate contracts with suppliers
      - Maintain supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance
      - Mentor and oversee junior procurement personnel while providing support to project teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 5-7 years of related procurement experience
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools
      - Willingness to travel as needed (25% or less)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree
      - Experience in large industrial construction procurement
      - Familiarity with multiple industrial market sectors
      - Prior experience interfacing with clients and engineering entities
      - Experience creating document templates and workflows in digital document approval platforms
