      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific methodologies
      - Create and deliver training for end-users, partners, and distributors, including curriculum and examinations
      - Continuously improve training programs and adapt them to changes in the work environment
      - Monitor and review trainees' progress and provide feedback to management
      - Ensure compliance with statutory training requirements and maintain training documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 21 years of age or older
      - High School Diploma or GED required; a four-year college degree in a related field is preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience on public roads
      - Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
      - Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in training or teaching
      - Strong leadership skills with proficiency in managing groups
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills
      - Ability to present and facilitate class discussions
      - Energetic and creative approach to motivating and engaging an audience
