What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate the performance of the university's educational technology stack and identify gaps
- Build relationships with faculty, staff, and students to discover new learning technology opportunities
- Develop product improvement roadmaps and analyze untapped data sources
- Support Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and ensure compliance with university policies
- Collaborate with security and accessibility coordinators to vet products thoroughly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of formal or informal project management experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in collecting business and technical requirements for complex projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- 1 year of experience within Agile organizations
- Familiarity with institutions of higher education and their operations
- Experience with evaluation strategies and tools (e.g., Qualtrics, survey design)
- Ability to lead through collaboration and set performance metrics
