What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Department and Company Officers
- Manage compliance tasks, including handling DOI complaints, audits, and lawsuits
- Assist with executive meetings and project management for the executive team
- Maintain and update the Master Filing/Renewal calendar and corporate licenses
- Notarize documents and coordinate supply needs for the executive area
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or professional office, providing full-time administrative and/or secretarial assistance
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Ability to handle highly confidential matters judiciously
- Experience in health insurance administration or legal office administration preferred
