      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for the public, vendors, and customers, providing assistance and directing inquiries as needed
      - Monitor and respond to electronic filings and inquiries in all ELUHO inboxes
      - Prepare agendas and take minutes during Board meetings
      - Maintain office supplies, inventory, and organization of office spaces
      - Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent, with two (2) years of clerical experience, including six (6) months in a legal or professional office environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for at least two years
      - Experience with legal office software for document processing and data tracking
      - One year of personal/professional experience with video conferencing tools such as Zoom or TEAMS
      - Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in state government or a legal office environment
      - Knowledge of current legal office practices, methods, and court rules
      - Familiarity with legal research and documentation processes
      - Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations with the public
