      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage centralized intake and workflow execution for Legal requests
      - Enforce intake standards, prioritization, and escalation paths across Legal
      - Operate and maintain Legal systems including CLM, intake systems, and matter management platform
      - Serve as the first operational layer for routine legal work using playbooks and templates
      - Identify recurring operational issues and drive process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a similar execution-heavy legal role
      - Strong planning and execution skills to design practical workflows and handle day-to-day operations
      - Ability to enforce processes, prioritize work, and exercise operational judgment
      - Experience with Legal tools such as CLM and procurement systems
      - Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to escalate when necessary

      - Proven ability to identify risk, patterns, and recurring friction points in workflows
